You don’t need to be Sage customer, or even a business owner or accountant to join our feedback panel. All we need are passionate and enthusiastic individuals who want to help us make a difference, and ensure our products are inclusive and intuitive for all.

If you have accessibility needs, we want to hear from you.

How can I help?

We want feedback on:

  • Ease of Use – are our products simple and intuitive?
  • Design and Colours – what do you see when you look at the computer screen, or interact with the product?
  • Navigation – how do you find it navigating around the product, no matter the way you do this?
  • Compatibility – how well do our products work with assistive technologies such as like screen readers, or keyboard-only navigation?
  • Whether you experience challenges with eyesight, mobility, cognition, or any other accessibility need, your perspective will help us build better tools for everyone.

How do I join, and what can I expect?

Joining the panel and taking part in subsequent research sessions is simple!

The sessions will be:

  • Remote - most feedback opportunities will be conducted online via Teams. Alternative arrangements can be made if needed.
  • Supportive and flexible - we can provide support during sessions and include breaks to ensure your comfort, and you can also bring along a friend to support you if needed
  • Optional – you can opt out at any time and don’t need to join every session.
  • Appreciated – you will receive retail vouchers as a thank-you for your time and valuable insights.

How to get involved
Start by completing our short survey by following the link below (survey hosted by Qualtrics, a third-party survey software platform). This will take no longer than 10 minutes.

In the survey we will gather your consent to contact you for research purposes, and prior to every session you sign up to we will ask you to agree to a simple non-disclosure agreement. As with all steps in this process, we can provide support with this where needed.
