EASS shortlisted for two European awards

The Equality Advisory Support Service (EASS) has been shortlisted for two awards for the European Contact Centre and Customer Service Awards 2015

The EASS Helpline advises and assists individuals on issues relating to equality and human rights, across England, Scotland and Wales. It can also accept referrals from organisations which, due to capacity or funding issues, are unable to provide face to face advice to local users of their services.

The EASS Helpline has been selected for Best Social Media in Customer Service and the Best Multi Channel in Customer Service for the accessible, open and inclusive way in which people can use the service.

The winners will be announced in June.
