Rica Passenger Assist longitudinal study – Year 1 report

Over the past 12 months ATOC (Association of Train Operating Companies) have been undertaking a longitudinal study, in partnership with RICA, a specialist disability research organisation, to establish passengers experience when using Passenger Assist on the rail network. They have published the findings of this research today.  The RICA study is an initial 2 year project which they hope will give them useful information about where they may need to make further improvements to the Passenger Assist survey.
