Supporting young people with chronic health conditions

Liz Sayce Disability Rights UK CEO gave a presentation at a Work Foundation event launching their new report.

The report, Don't stop me now: supporting young people with chronic conditions from education to employment calls for greater support in the transition from education to employment to be offered to young people, but particularly to those who face additional barriers such as chronic health conditions.
