Lloyds Banking wish to invite their disabled customers to attend one of several focus groups they have organised about how they can improve services for you.
Participants need to bank with either Halifax, Lloyds or Bank of Scotland. The sessions are being held as follows:
- 21st April – Edinburgh 12-4pm
- 11th August – London 12-4pm
- 20th October – Midlands/Leeds TBC – 12-4pm
Lunch is provided and reasonable travel expenses will be reimbursed, along with £50 for those who attend.
It is an opportunity for the Exec Sponsor David Oldfield to hear from customers directly about what Lloyds are doing well around accessibility and more importantly, where they can improve.
