The Win Win Alliance is working on a project about coming out of Assessment and Treatment Units (inpatient hospitals) and moving back into the community.
We would like to hear about experiences of people with learning disabilities to see how this can be done in the best way.
Please can you share this questionnaire with any members of your group who have experienced Assessment and Treatment Units and ask if they will share their experiences?
This information will help us find out what works well and what can be improved. It is very important to hear people’s views because our findings will be used in Transforming Care with the Department of Health.
