This consultation examines options for amending sales and prize limits for large and small society lotteries.
With society lotteries a cause is already determined, as opposed to the National Lottery where there is a robust procedure for deciding who is funded.
The Government wants a tenfold increase in the amount that a large society lottery can raise per year, bringing the annual limit to £100m.
