Equality and Human Rights Commission seeks experiences of people with cognitive impairment, mental health condition and neurodiverse people in the criminal justice system
The Equality and Human Rights Commission is seeking information on the experience of disabled defendants and accused at the pre-trial stage of the criminal justice system, as part of their wider inquiry. They have launched two surveys today:
- one survey for professionals working in the criminal justice system
- one survey for defendants, the accused and those who support them
Both surveys close on Monday 5 August 2019 at 23:59.
