Senior user researcher  - detailed job description available to download below.  This role is for an experienced practitioner who is able to plan and lead user research activities in larger teams and on more complex services. At this level, you will be expected to:Build user-centred practices in new teams

Manual Tester. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our software products. You will be responsible for manual testing of applications built using VB.net Webforms, C# (API), and SQL technologies. In addition, experience with React and GraphQL will be a plus. A strong unit testing/TDD experience is expected.Role & responsibilities

  1. Collaborate with the development and product teams to understand project requirements and functionality
  2. Create detailed test plans and test cases based on project specifications
  3. Write and execute unit tests and practice Test-Driven Development (TDD) to ensure code quality and reliability
  4. Document and report defects, and work closely with the development team to ensure they are resolved
  5. Perform regression testing to verify bug fixes and ensure overall system stability
  6. Conduct functional, integration, and system testing of web applications
  7. Verify data integrity through SQL queries and database testing
  8. Perform ad-hoc testing to explore different usage scenarios and edge cases
  9. Provide clear and concise test reports to project stakeholders
  10. Participate in test automation efforts as needed
  11. Continuously improve testing processes and strategies to enhance the quality of our software

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in software development
  • Proficiency in VB.net Webforms, C# (API), and SQL
  • Familiarity with React and GraphQL (optional)
  • Strong unit testing and TDD experience
  • Proven experience in technical leadership
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Adaptability to Ireland working hours (8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Ireland Time Zone)
  • Weekly minimum twice work from Bangalore office on Queens Road.
