Building on the foundational work of Stage One, this stage will focus on co-producing a strategic campaign to promote funding justice and amplify the visibility and sustainability of DPOs.
What Is Stage Two About?
Stage Two is all about transforming our collective knowledge and insights into impactful action. Together, we’ll:
- Strategically plan advocacy and promotional efforts.
- Develop campaign materials such as videos, events, and communication resources.
- Engage allies and stakeholders, including funders and policymakers, to amplify our message and demands for funding justice.
Through six co-production sessions, we’ll create a unified campaign strategy, co-produced materials, and a roadmap for advocacy events and stakeholder engagement—all centered around the lived experiences and expertise of DPOs.

Why Join Stage Two?
This is a unique opportunity to shape a sector-wide campaign that amplifies the voice of DPOs, builds solidarity, and drives meaningful change for funding justice. Together, we can challenge systemic barriers and pave the way for a stronger, more sustainable DPO sector.
