- Disabled Students Helpline: Closed from 16th December 2024 and will resume service on 6th January 2025.
- Personal Budgets Helpline: Closed from 17th December 2024 and will resume service on 2nd January 2025.
- Welfare Rights Advice Service for Member Organisations and DPOs: Closed from 18th December 2024 and will resume service on 2nd January 2025.
