Positive stories about workplace adjustments wanted

The Equality and Human Rights Commission would like to hear from disabled people and those managing a long-term health condition about adjustments made in their place of work.

They are filming a series of case studies in a broad range of workplaces to illustrate the reasonable adjustment duty to reach and inspire employers who may not know how to support disabled people at work.

If you have a positive story to tell about reasonable adjustments you have in place which remove barriers you might otherwise experience at work, please contact kathleen.jameson@equalityhumanrights.com for more information.

We would of course fully brief anyone who took part and are happy to work around their schedule as long as filming could be completed at the end of January/early February.
