DWP are testing an online service which allows you to submit their personal independence payment appeal online.
To use the service you must:
- want to appeal a decision about a Personal Independent Payment; and
- live in one of the following areas: Bedfordshire, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Cambridgeshire, Essex, East Sussex, Hertfordshire, Kent, the Midlands, Norfolk, Oxfordshire, Suffolk.
Check if the service is available in your area by entering the name of your benefit and your post code in the online appeal service before you start your appeal.
