News Being Active

Disability Rights UK set up a Peer Support Project in Oct 2016 as partners on the Get Out Get Active (GOGA) Programme.

The aim is to get disabled people and people with health conditions more active by providing trained mentors to work one to one with them, providing practical and emotional support. The mentors themselves have experience of disability.
