Sarah Newton MP replaces Penny Mordaunt MP at DWP

New ministerial appointments.

Penny Mordaunt MP is now Secretary of State for International Development.

Sarah Newton MP is now Minister of State at the Department for Work and Pensions.

Victoria Atkins MP is now Parliamentary Under Secretary of State at the Home Office.
