DR UK at Lets talk about disability event

As part of Disability December, Disability Rights UK visited the University of Nottingham to talk about disability on Tuesday 5th December 2017.

At the event, DR UK Policy and Communications Manager Philip Connolly talked about:

• the social model of disability
• what's included within the disability spectrum
• the importance of disclosing disability at work
• why people don't disclose and the impact this has on their working lives.
