Leonard Cheshire Disability is a UK based charity with an international reach, dedicated to helping disabled people live the lives they choose.
A key element of achieving our mission is improving the way we promote opportunities for disabled people within our organisation. We are keen to hear from fellow DR UK member organisations of any size who can demonstrate they are great examples of pioneering best practice in the employment of disabled people.
Our ambition is to be a leading employer of people with underlying health conditions and we recognise that our future people strategy must be designed to make this a reality.
