Disability Rights UK is delighted to announce our Student Helpline is being sponsored by the Snowdon Trust.
The Snowdon Trust is a charity that assists physically and sensory disabled people to access vocational and academic courses in the UK by awarding grants. We share a common goal of supporting disabled people to fulfil their full potential and campaign on similar issues to remove the barriers to equality that still exist for disabled people in education.
In announcing its support for a three-year period, the Chief Executive of the Trust Paul Alexander said
“We really do appreciate the value of this helpline for disabled students and we regularly direct our own applicants towards the service when they have questions that we simply do not have the knowledge or expertise to answer.”
