Bill of Rights (Subject to consultation)
Plans for a British bill of rights to replace the Human Rights Act will be published in "due course" and subject to consultation. Proposals for a new framework of human rights, based on those set out in the European Convention on Human Rights. No details until after the EU referendum.
Children and Social Work Bill (England)
