TUC Campaign to end employment tribunal fees - a request for case studies.
The TUC want to know if you have been put off from taking an employment tribunal claim because of the cost.
They would also like to hear from you if have won a case against your employer in the past but think you wouldn’t have been able to take a case had tribunal fees existed at the time.
