East Sussex tops the list of complained about councils.
For the first time the Local Government Ombudsman (LGO) is publishing its complaints statistics for private social care providers and local authorities.
For those of you who have got issues with your local council on your social care package you are not alone. Complaints against councils about social care have risen by 130% since 2009.
