The Public Accounts Committee is taking evidence the issues raised in the National Audit Office (NAO) report into Care for adults in England.
The report, Adult social care in England: overview, highlighted the main risks and challenges as the care system changes radically. It warns that major changes to the system to improve outcomes and reduce costs will be challenging to achieve.
