Minister for Disabled People, Esther McVey met students receiving work-based learning through Project SEARCH
She spoke to 12 young people with a learning disability about the employability skills, training and work experience they were receiving.
Project SEARCH encourages disabled people to feel confident about their skills and supports businesses to be confident about employing disabled people: disability confident.
The project is aimed at young disabled people with learning disabilities.
