Avalon Television are currently developing a programme for Channel 4 about disabled chefs being denied access to work in the country’s top restaurants

They are looking for talented chefs, who have a real desire to work in top class kitchens, but feel they’ve been stopped from getting their dream jobs due to their disability.

The disabled chefs will be working with a top celebrity chef across 4 episodes to develop their skills, and see who is up to the task of working in a Michelin Starred restaurant by the end of the series.

If you’ve got any queries, or would like to chat in more detail about the programme, please feel free to either email Siobhan Newman at siobhann@avalonuk.com or call the Avalon office on 0207 598 8000 and ask to be put through to her.
